FUTURESMART SCHOLARSHIP 2026 – The DigiPlus Foundation is now accepting applications for the FutureSmart College Scholarship, its program supporting Filipino students pursuing technology or communications-related degree programs. The application period for Academic Year 2026-2027 runs from September 24, 2026 to October 24, 2026.
Every year, DigiPlus Foundation awards 300 deserving Filipino students with access to quality education in tech and communications fields. So far, the program has produced over 94 college scholars and 49 IT credential scholars, with an 82% job placement rate among IT credential scholars more than 8 in 10 secured employment within six months of completing their training.
What are the benefits of FutureSmart College Scholarship?
FutureSmart Scholars receive ₱100,000 worth of educational support per school year, released on a monthly basis throughout the scholarship period. Beyond financial assistance, scholars also gain access to programs designed to build soft skills, leadership competencies, and workplace readiness.
Who Is Eligible to apply for the FutureSmart College Scholarship?
To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
- Be a 4th-year student at a State University or College (SUC), Local University or College (LUC), or a private college or university
- Be taking an IT- or communications-related degree program
- Have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% (or its equivalent) during Academic Year 2025-2026
- Have parents or guardians with a combined gross monthly income of ₱40,000 or below
- Exhibit good moral character and leadership potential
Note: The scholarship is currently open only to 4th year college students. 1st to 3rd year students and applicants in non-IT or non-Communications programs are not eligible for this cycle, though the foundation has indicated eligibility may expand in future application periods.

DigiPlus Foundation aims to award 300 new scholarship slots for this application cycle.
What Documents Do I Need to Submit?
Applicants must prepare the following, as applicable:
- Latest Income Tax Return or payslip of employed household members, or a Certificate of Indigency (whichever applies)
- Enrolment Form or School Registration Form
- Proof of latest grades (last 2 semesters or Academic Year 2025-2026)

While the scholarship does not guarantee employment upon graduation, scholars are strongly encouraged to apply for job opportunities within DigiPlus Interactive Corp. and its affiliated companies. Interested graduates will undergo the standard recruitment process, including application screening and interviews, with employment decisions based on qualifications, skills, experience, and interview performance.
